Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield were great because David the salesman looked after me very well nothing was too much trouble . Everything was explained clearly and any questions I had were answered . I had to contact the garage post sales and the minor issues were dealt with promptly

James was great from the first interaction. He shared a video of the car, followed up and kept his promises throughout. At the test drive, James was patient and knowledgeable about the car. My experience at Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield was cracking because
From the moment James came out to me on the forecourt, he made me feel very welcome. Knew exactly the car I wanted to look and out went to collect it from another yard.
He answered all the question I asked and got back to me the following day with figures ect which he said he would.
I was informed and updated all the time and the process of collecting and the part exchange was easy and very quick.
James went through the whole car controls explaining everything to me.
